Matt Henry

 Matt Henry is a professional cricketer from New Zealand. He was born on December 14, 1991, in Christchurch, New Zealand.Henry is a right-arm fast-medium bowler and a lower-order right-handed batsman. He made his debut for the New Zealand cricket team in 2014 in a one-day international (ODI) against India. He has since represented New Zealand in all formats of the game, including Tests, ODIs, and T20Is.Henry has been a regular member of the New Zealand cricket team's pace attack and has been particularly effective in the shorter formats of the game. He played a crucial role in New Zealand's run to the final of the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup, taking 14 wickets in 9 matches at an average of 17.28.In domestic cricket, Henry has played for Canterbury in the Plunket Shield and the Super Smash T20 competition. He has also played for Kent County Cricket Club in England and Kings XI Punjab in the Indian Premier League
